How much a CRM costs in Uzbekistan and what drives the price

By Daniil Belyaev · · 9 min read

Putting order into a CRM you have already bought in Uzbekistan starts at $2,000, rolling out a ready-made system for a sales team starts at $3,000, and a custom CRM built around your processes starts at $12,000. Inside each band the price is driven by the number of users, the number of pipelines and the integrations with 1C, telephony and Telegram. Vendor licences, servers and support are separate bills that arrive every month.

Key takeaways

  • Fixing a CRM you already own starts at $2,000, rolling out a ready-made system for a sales team at $3,000, and a custom CRM at $12,000.
  • Licence and implementation are separate bills: the Basic plan in Bitrix24 costs $49 a month for 5 users on annual billing, Professional $199 for 100.
  • Integrations are the main multiplier: the 1C exchange, telephony, Telegram and payments are priced apart from the pipeline setup.
  • After launch you keep paying the licence, a server from $30 a month and support from $250 a month, plus your team’s time in the first weeks.
  • Quotes are comparable only when users, pipelines, integrations and the scope of data migration are described the same way in each of them.

How much a CRM costs in Uzbekistan: three benchmarks

The benchmarks differ not in how many buttons the system has, but in how much design work the project needs: tuning a ready-made CRM to your sales, or building a system for processes no off-the-shelf product covers.

TaskWhat it coversPriceWhen it fits
Fix the CRM you already haveAudit of the current setup, pipeline, fields and reference lists, the missing integrations and automations, reports for the owner, team trainingfrom $2,000The system was bought a year ago, yet managers still run clients from messengers
Roll out a CRM for the sales teamA pipeline built on your stages, connected lead sources, client card, tasks and reminders, access rights, trainingfrom $3,000Leads arrive from the website, Telegram and phone calls and get lost between channels
Build a custom CRM for your processesDesign, development in iterations, integrations with 1C, warehouse and banks, data migration, documentationfrom $12,000Several business lines with different sales logic, and ready-made products do not fit

The lower end of each benchmark assumes a simple case: one sales team, one pipeline, standard lead sources and contacts imported from spreadsheets. Which criteria to compare before you talk about money is covered in our guide to choosing a CRM system.

Licence, implementation and support are three separate bills

Most of the confusion in quotes comes from one thing: the price of a CRM is made of three payments, and they come from different parties.

The licence goes to the vendor, monthly or a year in advance. Implementation goes to the team that configures the system around your sales and moves your data. Support pays for the system to keep changing with the business: new pipelines, new reports, reworked integrations.

The billing model matters more than the amounts. A per-company plan suits a team that is growing: while you stay inside the user limit, nothing changes — under the Bitrix24 plans, Standard on annual billing costs $99 a month for ten users and for fifty alike. Paying per user is easier at the start with three managers and becomes a visible line item at thirty.

Annual billing is almost always cheaper than monthly: the same Bitrix24 plans billed month by month cost $69 and $144 instead of $49 and $99. That is worth factoring in: a yearly subscription locks the price, but it also locks your choice of platform for that period.

What goes into the implementation price

Implementation is the team's hours across seven stages, and a stage can only be removed together with its result.

  1. Sales review. How a lead travels from first contact to payment, where it stalls and why part of your clients never reach a deal.
  2. Pipeline and reference lists. Stages that follow your logic, required fields, loss reasons, the catalogue of goods and services, deal types.
  3. Lead sources. Website, Telegram, calls, email, social networks: every channel is connected and tested separately.
  4. Data migration. Contacts, deals, message history and files. An export from spreadsheets is cheaper than a move from another CRM with the history of every deal.
  5. Automations and reports. Tasks for managers, reminders about overdue deals, alerts for the owner, reports on the pipeline and on loss reasons.
  6. Access rights. Who sees other people's deals, who can export the database, what stays in the activity log.
  7. Training and the first month. Rules for keeping the system clean, plus support until the team works in the CRM instead of a notebook.

The first three stages exist in every project. The rest grow with the complexity of the task, and they are what makes two quotes with the same line, "CRM implementation", differ several times over.

Why two CRMs for the same team cost differently

Six parameters create the gap, and none of them is visible in the word "CRM".

Tip Before you discuss price, count your pipelines and integrations rather than your managers: those are the two numbers that move a quote the most, and the vendor will ask for them anyway.

What integrations with 1C, telephony and Telegram add

Integrations are the main multiplier in a quote, because every link is a separate exchange logic rather than a checkbox in the settings.

The most common and the heaviest link in Uzbekistan is the exchange between a CRM and 1C. First you agree on the source of truth: prices, stock and shipments live in the accounting system, deals and conversations live in the CRM. Then you decide which way the data flows and how often, what happens when an exchange fails and who sees the error.

Telephony adds call recordings to the client card and a report on missed calls. Telegram remains the main messaging channel in Uzbekistan, so a bot and a CRM are usually connected together: a request from the bot lands in the pipeline and the manager answers from the deal card. Payments through Click and Payme are added when deals close in chat and the invoice has to be issued from the same deal.

Once warehouse, procurement and production join sales, the task outgrows a CRM: merging accounting systems into one loop is a separate project and starts at $4,000.

Vendor cloud or your own server: what it means for the budget

A cloud CRM needs no server: you pay the subscription, and the vendor is responsible for updates and uptime. Installing on your own hardware removes the per-user subscription but adds a server, updates and responsibility for backups.

A custom CRM and on-premise editions live on a server. In Uzbekistan a server for a website or a CRM costs from $30 a month, capacity for heavy systems from $150 a month, and a move from your current provider from $900. Next to implementation these sums look small, but the server is paid every month, and that line is the one forgotten in a yearly budget.

The law limits this choice less than people assume. Since 27 March 2026 law No. ZRU-1125 has restated article 27-1 of the Law On Personal Data: biometric and genetic data, along with data of users of telecom operator services, must be stored in the country. An ordinary client database may be stored abroad under one of the conditions in part three of the same article — for example, if the data centre's country is on the list of states with adequate data protection. How to pick a location is covered in our article on cloud or server in Uzbekistan.

What you pay every month after launch

Four recurring cost lines stay with you after the CRM goes live, and they belong in the budget from the start rather than six months later.

One more line never shows up in quotes: your team's time in the first weeks. While people move their habits out of messengers and spreadsheets into the system, part of the working day goes into training and into fixing input errors. That is not an invoice from a vendor, but it is a cost to the company.

Ready-made CRM or custom: when custom is cheaper in the end

A custom CRM from $12,000 pays off through the volume of rework you would otherwise commission in someone else's system every year, not through uniqueness.

A ready-made platform wins when the processes are standard: leads, calls, deals, invoices, a pipeline report. A custom one is needed when your sales logic does not fit a borrowed template: non-standard pricing, several business lines with different rules, a tight link to warehouse and production. The criteria and the multi-year maths are in our article on a custom CRM.

Count the cost of ownership over three years rather than the starting sum: licences for every user, rework for every process change, and data migration if the platform stops fitting. Over that period the billing model becomes a large line item: thirty users on the Standard plan in Bitrix24 cost $3,564 for three years, while the same thirty people at the entry price of Zoho CRM Plus cost $21,600.

How to get comparable quotes and avoid overpaying

Quotes become comparable when every vendor is pricing the same thing, so the inputs are best gathered before you ask for a number.

Before you pay, settle separately who owns the configuration, the data and the code, and how they are handed over if you change vendors. In our contracts the rights to the code pass to the client after full payment.

Important Compare proposals by scope of work, not by the final number. Two quotes that differ twofold often describe different projects: one includes the 1C exchange and the migration of deal history, the other a pipeline and a website form.

How we price a CRM

We break the task down to a number: how a lead travels to payment, how many pipelines and users are needed, which systems exchange data and what is migrated from the current spreadsheets. After that review a stage-by-stage quote appears, and the company can see exactly what it pays for and what happens if part of the work is postponed.

Syntra Systems configures CRM systems for companies in Uzbekistan: leads from the website, Telegram and phone calls land in one window, the exchange with 1C follows rules that also describe failures, and the data can stay in a data centre in Uzbekistan. We budget not only the rollout but also the recurring costs for a year ahead, so the money does not run out in the second month.

Frequently asked questions

Why will a vendor not quote a CRM price over the phone?

Because the word "CRM" carries neither the number of users, nor the number of pipelines, nor the list of systems that must exchange data. Those are the parameters that move a quote several times over, so the price is calculated after a sales review, not before it.

Is the vendor licence included in the implementation price?

No, it is a separate bill with a separate recipient. The licence goes to the vendor: the Basic plan in Bitrix24, for example, costs $49 a month for 5 users on annual billing. Implementation goes to the team that configures the system around your sales.

What happens to the cost if the sales team doubles?

On a per-company plan the bill does not change while you stay inside the user limit: Standard in Bitrix24 costs $99 a month for ten users and for fifty. On per-user billing the cost grows proportionally, and the rollout gains new roles, rights and training.

Can a CRM be rolled out in parts to spread the budget?

Yes, and that is a workable order: pipeline, lead sources and contact migration first, then automations, reports and integrations. The one condition is that the exchange with 1C and the warehouse is designed into the structure from the start, or part of the setup has to be redone.

Do you still pay for a server if the CRM is in the cloud?

In the vendor cloud there is no server to pay for: the platform handles updates and uptime and you pay the subscription. A server is needed for an on-premise edition or a custom system and costs from $30 a month, while capacity for heavy systems starts at $150 a month.

Must a client database be kept on a server inside Uzbekistan?

Only biometric and genetic data and data of users of telecom operator services must be stored in the country, as set by article 27-1 of the Law On Personal Data in the wording effective from 27 March 2026. An ordinary client database may be stored abroad under one of the conditions in part three of that article.

Why does fixing an existing CRM cost less than a new rollout?

Because the structure is already there: the pipeline, the fields and the users exist, and the work starts from an audit of the current setup rather than from scratch. Hence the gap between the benchmarks — from $2,000 against from $3,000 when the system has to be built from a blank page.

How much does it cost to move data from spreadsheets into a CRM?

It is part of the rollout, and its size depends on the state of the data rather than on its volume. One tidy file is imported in hours, while three lists with duplicates, mixed phone formats and empty fields become a stage of their own with a separate check of the result.
