and a Telegram bot that collects the contacts
of people who are still just looking.
Awakening Academy offers sauna rituals and body practices for women in and around Moscow:
steaming, breathing, meditation, retreats and women’s circles.
There was interest in the practices. There was nowhere to send people.
The master had no website. To find out what the practices are, how a session goes and how to book,
people had to send a private message and wait for a reply. And those who were interested but left
to think it over were gone for good — their contacts weren’t saved anywhere.
A clear website instead of chat messages
So a person can read what the practices are and who they suit — and call or message right away.

We built a website and a Telegram bot that work together.
The website explains the practices and leads to booking: it has just two buttons — call or message.
For those not ready to book yet, the bot gives away the master’s video practices.
We built the master her own client database.
Everyone who takes a practice in the bot stays in the database with a name and phone number. The master can use it
to send messages about new practices, retreats and open dates — without paying for targeted ads
or searching for clients from scratch every time.

We built the master a path
from first interest to booking.
The website tells people about the practices for the master, and the bot introduces her approach
and collects contacts — even at night and on weekends.

The scheme works anywhere personal expertise is sold: the bot gives away expert content in exchange for a contact, and the same logic works for a coach, tutor or consultant.
It does: the contacts are stored in the master’s own database, and they can be exported to Excel at any time with no involvement from us. The database itself is hosted on a server in Russia.
