AVENUE

The gist

The owner of a boutique chain stopped waiting on reports from the accounting department and started getting answers straight from 1C — instantly, in Telegram.

AVENUE is a chain of premium clothing boutiques in Tajikistan: six stores carrying Lacoste, BOSS, Armani, Boggi and other European brands.

The problem

The business had the data. The problem was reaching it.

All the information sat in 1C, tills, work chats and Excel. But to get an answer to a simple question, the owner had to message the accountant, explain exactly what was needed, wait for the export, get the file, work through the spreadsheet and ask follow-up questions. Sometimes one report took a full day, and evenings and weekends simply went quiet.

What the owner wanted

  1. 01

No waiting, no searching, no interrupting anyone

Not waiting for Monday. Not hunting for the right Excel file. Not pulling the accountant away from their work. Not deciphering complicated reports.

  2. 02

Ask — and get the answer right away

Just type into Telegram: “Show me August sales by store” — and get the answer, in a clear and simple form, within seconds.

How it works

We connected 1C, artificial intelligence and Telegram.

Instead of several disconnected processes, there is now a single point of control. The system understands a request in plain human language, works out which data it needs, pulls it from 1C and returns the result — with no manual report from the accountant.

Operational control

We didn’t just automate reports.

The next level is operational control: we connected bots to the company’s work chats. Information that used to be scattered across several chats is now collected and structured automatically.

The team feeds all of it through the system — and the owner gets it back in one place.

The system started catching errors

Automation turned into a business control tool.

Once data began collecting automatically and being checked on a regular basis, the system helped surface errors in operations, discrepancies, weak spots and gaps. Things that used to stay hidden inside a large volume of information became visible almost immediately.

What the owner can ask now

Anything — and get an answer.

What were today’s sales? Which store is down compared to last month? Show me stock levels for BOSS Which products are selling worst? How much cash should be in the tills? Compare this August’s sales with last year’s

The system processes the request on its own and returns the information needed. A short answer, if that’s all that’s needed. Extended analytics or an Excel file, if a deeper look is required.

The main result

We didn’t just connect a Telegram bot to 1C. We built the owner a digital assistant for running the business.

It works with the company’s data around the clock and lets the owner ask a question, get the data, spot a problem and make a decision at any moment — without depending on the accounting department.

The system keeps growing from here.
